1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across New Zealand:

  • $14.99 flat rate shipping on all orders under $150

  • Free shipping on all orders $150 and over

All prices are shown in NZD and include GST where applicable.

3. Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within two (2) business days of receiving payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Urban areas: 1–3 business days

  • Rural areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or extreme weather.

5. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.

6. Delays & Issues

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
