What sizes do the towels come in?
All of our towels are extra-large 180 x 100 cm - so plenty of space to stretch out!
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship orders within 1 - 2 business days of receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.
How do I best care for my towel?
With a little care, your towel will stay soft, vibrant, and beach-ready for many sunny seasons ahead.
- Wash on a cold cycle - this keeps the fabric soft and colours bright.
- Skip the fabric softner - this can reduce the towel absorbency. Sensitive liquid is all you need!
- Air-dry only - it dried very quickly! If you must tumble dry, ensure on low heat only.
- Avoid bleach and ironing - too harsh for the delicate fibers.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping across New Zealand of $14.99.
Orders above $150 automatically receive free shipping.
Local delivery around Auckland is $5.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to make it right.
We offer refunds for change-of-mind returns on online purchases, provided that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Faulty items will be replaced, refunded or repaired (whichever you prefer).
